Safe Load Indicator :

Safe load Indicator systems connected with the different sensors which is fix on the crane to observe the different parameters like Boom length, Boom angle, Luffing angle, Load cell, Limit switch etc. These entire sensors signal goes to the main unit where it calculated and shows the different parameter reading of current crane status and give the safe working parameter to crane operator. It regularly compares the parameters of current crane status as per load chart feed in the systems provided by crane manufacture.

Apart from our own system we also look after the different other manufacturer systems as original without any changes or disturbing the originality.

Dynamometer

Dynamometer is a one type of assembly which use for the sensing the hook wire rope tension when crane lift the load. It has load cell fitted inside which given the signal to controller and it shows the lifted load reading in the display unit. We can use the different types of load cell in this Dynamometer.

Electrical Panel for Different crane:

Since long working experience in different types and models of crane we designed our own panel which is suitable for different types of crane either tyre mounted mobile crane or Crawler crane. it is performing near about as original. It gives the same feature and operating control to operator. The best feature of this panel is, it is customizes as per crane function, feature and client request. It consist operation amplifier cards, relays, Fuses for short circuited protection.Overall we can say it is suitable for all types of mobile and crawler cranes having electrical controls. Till now we have already installed some unites which panel got very old and wiring got damaged or its control systems become damaged. Till now we have fitted our panel from 50 Ton upto 330 Ton’s of crane and its working satisfactory.
